I watched my Lightning go through final assembly the first week of September, then go to Flat Rock for a week sitting on a "chip hold". All badges were present while being assembled.

Well that was fast...

I woke up in the middle of the night around 3-4am and just like the rest of you (I'm sure) my gut reaction was to check the tracker...
Mine WAS showing Built status as of 9/23 (didn't show that yesterday)

I go back to sleep, and wake up 4 hours later and now it's shipped ! 9/24

ETA according to the Canadian tracker is:
estimated to be delivered to between 10/05/2022 & 10/11/2022

I got the built email as well, but my ETA is 10/7 to 10/13 (matches the trackers). Guess it will be sitting in Flat Rock for awhile.

Did yours say it was getting final inspections?

Yes, it said performing final inspections. Now I'm hoping my shipped email shows up a bit after yours did
