Awaiting a tow truck. More updates to come.
Truck was towed to Castrucci Ford in Milford on May 27. I called the next day. The nice lady who took my call acknowledged having the truck and told me somebody would call me with an update.
Crickets ever since.
As of June 3, the Ford Pass app shows that the truck hasn't moved. I called and the service advisor (another nice lady) said it had a P0AA6 fault and parts had arrived this morning. I think she said something about a battery heater pump. They will also replace the battery monitor sensor per CSP 23B70.
More updates to come.

My truck has been at the dealer now since May 13. Battery fault with a draconian do not drive message on May 7. Since then I received only ONE update from the service department after a number of calls. It was a cryptic text about "waiting for parts". It is bad enough that the truck has been broken since May 7 but the fact that apparently none of these dealers feel it would be a good idea to give a customer a real update is super frustrating. In the meantime I am driving a shitty Explorer when I really need a truck for my life.

It's going on four weeks now. How do I send a DM to Ford Motor Company? Do I click their logo and then "start conversation"?

This is the DM I sent to Ford Motor Company:
My truck was bricked and towed to Castrucci Ford, Milford the evening of May 27.
The service advisors are kind and trying to be helpful. They are telling me that the technician has all the parts but "is waiting for a block of time to concentrate on it so he doesn't get electrocuted."
I appreciate their commitment to safety, but that "block of time" might never materialize.
They are unable to provide me an estimated completion date.
Should I consider having it transported to a different dealership?
Please advice.
Thanks!

"is waiting for a block of time to concentrate on it so he doesn't get electrocuted."
Translation: “We really have no idea what we’re doing and don’t want to work on it.”

FoMoCo doesn't have that kind of control at their dealers. The dealer doesn't own your truck and they don't know what they're doing. You are better off transporting it to another dealer that does BUT that resets the clock on a buyback/lemon law. IMO, you're past 30 days and you should start initiating a buyback. Let the SA know that's what you're doing and maybe that block of time will suddenly exist. The service department is absolutely taking advantage of your good graces currently.

Well, it appears that I'm just a few days away from qualifying for a full refund or replacement under the Lemon Laws of the State of Ohio. https://www.ohioattorneygeneral.gov...s/Consumer-Tips/Consumer-Tips-Auto/Lemon-Laws

I should take time to think this through, but I don't particularly want to go down that road.
I really like the truck and don't want a refund or replacement. That said, how much longer am I willing to let this continue? I'm paying for insurance (and SiriusXM) for a truck I no longer have access to. (Do I need to mention depreciation expense?)
What is the possibility that I can get a new 2023 Lariat SR with the same options and color as the one that bricked?
What else should I be thinking about?
