Well as a total supporter of this truck I reached my breaking point. Ford has had my truck for 3 weeks due to no a/c

They originally said it was a spaghetti part of hoses and replaced them, truck lasted 24 hours and no ac again. Now they say it is a collector that is leaking so likely wrong $2200 diagnosis's and they need a collector which is back ordered.

I am sure the hoses were never the issue but I got ramjammed on that bill!

3 weeks with no truck an no hope of a part as they say no idea when it will be available.

Not going to happen again for this guy by by Ford, next purchase will be anything but ford ev, looks like you have to go where the real ev world is.

ya but I have very limited optios, the dealer I have to deal with, I took my 2017 f350 diesel to same dealership for a safety inspection that's required yearly in Ontario, diesel mechanic said it needed $3800 front end work as front end was totally TORN out of this truck!!! I said wow I just drove it here and it tracked dead nutz straight on the highway so that seems strange.

I said tell you what, I will pay your $400 fee to look at the truck and leave.

Took it to the next ford dealer 15 min away and said I need a safety inspection on truck, they performed and never said a word about the front end.

Following year i took it to a local shop not ford and they are well known and very well respected in the community, I asked for a safety inspection and again they never mentioned any issue with the front end.

Fking hate those type of dealers!

I would report them to the Ford BEV Team! May or may not help you now, but may help others in the future. That kind of stuff really pisses me off!!!

there are at least nine dealerships in Toronto plus close to Detroit or Buffalo seems to be many other options than that dealer?

Different failure but same dealer story.

Your problem isn't the truck, it's the dealer.

Absolutely why franchise compliance reviews should kill this particular agreement on next renewal or sooner if it's egregious and there is enough competing dealers to support the market demand.

I’m right there with you. This is absurd and the dismissiveness of anyone at Ford’s corporate office are the final straw. No one is willing to help, it’s somehow “your” fault that they have all these issues.

Even the Ford company members of this very forum won’t reply to my messages. They sell these trucks with no parts for them, recalls, and bad service - and we are stuck dealing with the nonsense.

But if someone wants to buy a 22 Platinum 50k miles and tons of accessories already installed, feel free to message me.
