There is a FORSCAN setting related to Police use that says "max speed". I dont believe it will have any effect on our trucks but might be worth a try.

After a second trip to the dealership, and I’m talking to the “ford Hotline” It was finally moved on or after they reprogrammed the

After two trips to the dealership, they learned that they had to reprogram the PATS System (passive antitheft system).
This is includes the ‘My Key function’.
This finally removed the 75 mph speed governor on my F150 pro lightning, that I previously been a fleet vehicle.
This information was not readily available to the service department and required several consults through the “Ford Hotline” by the service dept To finally get the solution.
