The person that got paid for this probably used a 32" monitor for testing instead of an actual phone screen. haha. So here is my message to ford...

I'm hoping to get a response from Ford on this... let me try to get in front of what I expect them to say...

Some of the font sizes in the app are dynamic and related to the text size setup in the phone's general settings. True, but the 'status' field or whatever its called showing the Waiting to charge, is NOT dynamic and is just huge all the time. Furthermore, the fonts used are much larger than necessary, again, causing too much whitespace and padding between fields. This needs to be corrected so the app is usable and doesn't require so much scrolling. This is getting to be far too common in UI designs, so many websites now are also using huge fonts and spacing to create a 'clean look' but it comes at the expense of useability. Phone apps must be useable first, pretty second.
