Truck shows it in the Update info but says "Not Completed" with a small orange-yellow down arrow and exclamation point next to it.

12v battery on NOCO maintainer with a green light so doubt it is the 12v battery.
I did have the charge port open since that is where I have the battery maintainer wire hook-up, wonder if that has anything to do with it?

FORD app says nothing about a failed update, and only show the Mar 6 SYNC-25.2.1.6.5.2 update I got. No alerts or messages.

Set to receive updates at 6am everyday, nothing going on with the truck at that time.

Would be interesting to see what PTS says. Got prompted for this one when I got home and decided not to take any chances. Hooked up the power supply and let it go on its merry way. Couple minutes of buzzing and all was good.

Nothing in the App software updates section this morning.
Truck still has orange triangle and exclamation point message.

Changing time to "soon" and disconnecting NOCO so I can close the charge port to see what happens.

Trying to change update time in app keeps failing have to do it in the truck I guess.

ATT cell connections here are sometimes poor, maybe that's the issue...with the truck.

I changed the update schedule a couple times, then finally got to a place where I could say update now, and it has started, will take 17 minutes it says...

It told me at one point "there are no updates available at this time for your vehicle' omg!

Then:

So I changed the scheduled time again to 5 minutes later and finally:

Fingers crossed it installs this time and has no unintended effects!

Got this update the other day. My startup dings have vanished completely.

Same here. I have no startup noises. Let's hope they come back.

Almost everyday since I've received this update my MyView has reset on the IPC -_-

Yep this is definitely happening to me as well post-update.

I use PAAK in my Mach-E and I agree that reliability has gotten worse lately. I also noticed this advice in the Ford app. Maybe it’s always been there:

If I have to have my phone in hand, I might as well just use the fob, which works fine without leaving my pocket.

I usually wear a wind breaker with a chest pocket and usually stick my phone in there and have no problem...however if I have my phone in my front or back pant pocket it will struggle to unlock.

What this tells me is either the Bluetooth on the phone is weak OR the receiver in the truck is somewhere higher (like where the sunglasses holder is) which forces the signal to go through my body and truck door from that angle.

I feel it's the latter.

Been five days since the OTA came through on 4/10, this instance might be a fluke, I'll pay close attention Thursday morning to see if it returns.

Nothing a good ole battery disconnect can't (hopefully) fix!

It really is weird having no signal sound though lol didn't realize how immediate I'd notice it

I got this one on Monday night. No apparent issues but when I was checking my codes I pulled up a U019B:00 code that occured at 20:06 which would have been 6 min after the update started.

Ford Pass connectivity is back. There must be a backend reboot or install that impacts connectivity. Eventually resolves itself.
