I have a 2023 PRO as well and I'm getting the warnings too.

Bummer.Well, didn't think I'd get another chance before leaving for the east coast, but decided to add miles to our PHEV before leaving. Set up PPO and set the reserve to 20 miles and started charging at 3.8 kW.
And, indeed, it spontaneously shut down after about 45 mins (not close to the 2 hours experienced before). This really is a problem! So we see that according to the app (BTW....yes, I can see this on the app now.....a great step in the right direction) my reserve is set to "0" when it actually was set to 20 mi. via the truck screen. Also, when it did shut down, it also shut the truck off....which I have to having "running" in order to use PPO.

None of us have the Sirius XM in our SYNC systems.You're getting warnings, but is it shutting down? Let it go and see if it does. Interesting that you too have a 23 Pro.......is this the only build experiencing this problem? What's different about it?
