The Pro can only charge at 48A unless you have the fleet ER version (rare). 80 amps is only available on 2022-2023 ER models. Lots of threads on recommended chargers. I really like my Emporia.

Thanks for the response. Do you know how I can tell if it is a fleet version? I bought it used.

Look at the 8th digit of your VIN:
L = SR 98 kWh battery, 48-amp charger
V = ER 131 kWh battery, 80-amp charger

(Note: valid for 22-23 model years only, for 24-25 see here)

ITS A V!! the extended range battery
Pretty rare. Decide if you really need an 80-amp charger though. For most, including me, 48A is enough. It's cheaper and the cord will be lighter. I would stay away from the Ford Charge Station Pro. It has an even thicker, heavier cable, charge head is huge, and some have experienced software trouble.

Are you sure you bought a Pro? Does it say Pro on the charge door?

I drive it 200 miles per day, so I am concerned that the 48amp charge rate won’t be enough to replenish enough juice overnight.
Yes it’s a pro.
what charger would you recommend given these details and your experience?

200 / 1.7 = 118kWh. Maybe you get better efficiency.

118 / 10.5 = 11.2 hours. 48amps
118 / 17.8 = 6.7 hours. 80amps

Simple math. Replace 1.7 with your efficiency.

Also be aware your home/office must have the available power. Many homes are provisioned with 100 AMPS,and that won't cut it for a.80 AMP charger. 200 AMP is a maybe depending on what else is installed and their potential power draw.

…wait, I guess it’s not a pro
Your charge port door will tell you exactly what model you have. I've noticed a few dealers that list every Lightning in their inventory as a Pro; dealers are dumb that way.
