Yup, select the first one for vehicle features. Make sure you use the language specifically or they can give you very generic information.The shoe certainly does seem to fit your foot

If they give you generic - your tracker shows shipped. You can either insist or give it 5 min and reinitiate the chat. "Thank you, can I get the details in the VVR please?"
