Not a typo the owner that sold on Cars and Bids paid 132k
Ok... So now you agree it didn't sell for $130k over sticker as previously stated? $132k is not $130k over sticker. It's barely over sticker by about $20k.

You have to own a vehicle to sell it on Cars and Bids. So if Tom bought it from a dealership for 130k and sold it for 260k how much did Tom make?

Trick question.

5 year old: $260k - $130k = $130k

Sales Guy: Depends, how much was the commission?

GM Collector: Nothing, he missed out on hundreds of thousands on that car in 50 years

Accountant: I'm going to need all the receipts before I can answer that.

Wife: It's not about what he made, it's about what he didn't lose in a divorce if he kept a $130k truck.

Mine is also showing up at the dealership with a +$10k markup. I also have a no ADM commitment from the dealership, just as they did with my Mach E. My theory is that dealer is testing the waters for how much people are willing to pay over MSRP once they start getting declined orders.

Smart I guess, if they get a lot of calls then up the price, if none, then lower it. Free market research.

Huh.....
Huh that seems a bit more than 20k to me.
Just to be clear... I'm stating 132k is not 130k over sticker as you suggested in the specific example you originally cited. Now you are referencing other examples in an effort to argue with me. In one of your posts you stated the owner paid $132k. In your next post you said the owner paid $130k over sticker. The owner can either pay $132k or $130k over sticker, but those 2 statements contradict each other. $132k does not equal $130k over sticker. That's just math.

The owner who sold it not the person who bought it from the auction. You're not the sharpest tool in the shed. Why would I post the owner bought it for 132k and mean the new owner when it clearly says it sold for for 260k. SMDH

The local Earnhardt dealership in SE Phoenix metro just offered to sell me a Platinum Lightning (with all the options) that they had driven for about a week (so it was almost "new") for over $143,000. I told them that I'd have to wait for an XLT or Lariat. I have been on the reservation list for about a year. This was not that one (Ford has yet to tell me that my number has come up), but this is one that the dealership ended up with (perhaps their ADM was too high, and someone else walked away).

Owners know, insurance quotes the value of the trucks at around $136,000. USAA did mine.
