In the event I can’t get the 12v back working. Is there a way to get it in neutral manually?
Short answer: "No." Long answer: search YouTube for "Know Before You Tow Lightning". Informative video that is worth watching anyway.

Can no longer get the 12v side up even with jumper cables. I have good 12v at the battery but only 1v / nothing on the main lugs under hood fuse box. I don’t know if there is a fuse in between. But I DO have connectivity between positive lug of battery, and main lugs under hood fuse box. I hope I don’t have to drag the truck out of the garage. I have no idea how we could do that..

See photo, no voltage here, but seemingly good continuity to positive terminal of battery.

Wait, I think it’s a ground issue. I have no continuity between jump ground post under hood and negative battery terminal.

wth? Is there some sort of fused ground?

Ya, you have 12v connection issues whether ground or positive.

Check, clean and reinstall the connections. A good path and you will be able to read battery voltage from either side.

We got it towed to the dealer monday. They looked at it and said the same thing I was finding.. No Continuity between the ground terminal of the battery and the rest of the vehicle.

They were "checking" if the aftermarket amplifier I have installed was the culprit. But I don't think so as its installed correctly, and been in there since december. More to follow.
