I tried editing original poll, the forum would not hold requested changes because of existing data, so I purge the old poll and recreated it with Yes & No responses limited to only one of the available choices.

You may now submit a new response, prior trend was a unanimous & resounding no.

@om2005 DCFC has a learning curve.
Are you trying to Plug and Charge? If so, you need to have a valid Blue Oval Network account with a valid credit card attached. The Plug and Charge slider must be active on your Ford App under the Charge Settings tab under Advanced-->Charge Payment and Access.
If not using Blue Oval, you need the app for the charge network and have a valid credit card attached to the app. Have the app open and ready to authorize the charger when you plug in so it doesn't time out.
When you plug in, insert firmly and hold the DCFC gun square to the charge port until you hear the lock mechanism engage. This is a common problem for new Lightning owners.

It's hard to tell but they might be having a DCFC issue and not a level 2 issue but it's unclear.

@Ford Motor Company ...you see what happens when all the OTAs stop and people can't get their vehicles fixed? The bickering starts on the forums...and then there's flame wars and it's all because you stopped sending out OTAs....I think.

The OP was requesting feedback if any one else was having charging issues. They wanted that type of comment, so it is not disrespectful nor confusing. The more people that reply with DCFC issues, resolved or not, the more likely we are to help the OP with his issue.

Currently my truck won't DCFC at any location. I have tried 3 different Electrify America locations and 1 Rivian Adventure. My Nissan Ariya DCFC at those locations just fine. I get a red ring light error after about 30 seconds and then the DCFC screen says communication error. I have it at the dealership now waiting for them to work on it. I can Level 2 charge on a 48amp charger at home just fine. Not sure why DCFC is broken but hopefully will find out soon. The dealership I have went to for all my Fords isn't very good with EV and even the most basic issues take multiple weeks. At least they gave me a lightning for a loaner this time.
That has been an issue - something happens with the pin that locks the plug when dc charging from what I read anyway, and I think the locking mechanism may be powered by the 12v system, which as we know has had many various issues.
