What my ears are hearing is KEEP my 2022 Lariat!!
I know. The more I hear lately is try to keep my '24 Flash. Still got about 20 months on the lease. With the tax rebate and some dealer incentives here in Idaho they were able to sell me on the lease and the payments were less than my 2019 Ram 1500. I still had over 4 years to pay on the loan on that one. Traded it in on the Lightning. I didn't realize that the $7500 tax rebate on EVs in 2024 was paid directly to the dealership. I thought it was only a non-refundable tax credit. I knew I didn't pay enough taxes to use the tax credit. If i can get a decent interest rate in a couple of years I'll buy it. Still would be locked into high payments probably for the rest of my life. I'm gettin' old.
