Adaptive aids for dogs to ride along.

As a new owner of the Ford F150 lightning, I wanted to be able to get my large dogs into the crew cab second row area. It is a bit too high for them to jump into. They are also quite hairy and I did not want that problem with cleaning. See the pictures attached, I bought the folding stairs that worked fantastic and is very solid as well as the liner that completely protects the second row area where the dogs will be. If any other forum folks have additional recommendations to help with dogs riding along, I would love to see it.

Put them in the bed weather permitting. No dogs will ever grace the inside of my vehicles. The bed was good enough for us kids growing up in the 60's-80's, put a short leash on them if you're afraid they'll jump out.

Rated for 200 pounds. The big dogs I have generally are never over 150 pounds.

If anyone can solve the problem of dog nose prints on the windows and, after the windows are opened, slobber streaks on the rear door post, I’d be thrilled.

Ya, my dogs are my kids, they don't ride in the back, and back in the day, the only reason my dad would let us ride in the bed, was because of the cap, other wise it was in the cab...

I can appreciate that, I like dogs just not in my personal space. I'm more of a cat person and they aren't allowed in my vehicles either. All of them, claws, fur, slobber, etc...

I would always allow dogs a chance to ride in the cab until they prove they do something inappropriate.

NOT the same with every human I come across!
