my turn signal stay down and I have to pull it up. the CT has it on the steering wheel, which I have fallen in love with.

we are going to trade the lightning in for a model X plaid when warranty wears out. hopefully they will still have the free supercharging for life that we got on the CT. they do have free supercharging for life on X if you buy what is in inventory.

Two cab heater cores, one 12 volt battery, and latest the gear shifter broke.

Thinking of switching from Lightning to Model Y. LOL!
I think the size difference is just too much to bear from lightning to Y IMO. Get an AWD Cybertruck. You won’t regret it!

Just to close the loop on this one - sold my X and got a Lightning Platinum. Love the Lightning, but the software is terrible; that's the only thing I miss coming from a Model X. I may go back to a Model X in a few years when my wife lets me switch.

Funny - to each his/her own for sure. I had 3 consecutive Tesla leases from 2016 thru end of 24. 2016 P90D Model S 2019 P100 Model S and 2022 X. I def liked my S's more than the X. Felt like the Falcon Wings were a death trap waiting to happen for my family, and some overly impractical tech IMO (finger swipe to Drive/Reverse and putting the horn away from the center of the wheel. All in all they were great cars to drive but honestly i got bored.

Driving my F150 Flash feels so good. The software is functional and fine. Having a steering wheel, mechanical wipers, a gear shifter and the ease roomy space and real pickup truck functionality is amazing.

you purchase hardware based on the software you want to use. if you buy hardware then use what software will run on it you will be unhappy. this is the Ford problem. hardware is nice but it has crappy software. I purchased a cybertruck because the software was superior. will trade in my Lightning when warranty ends for a model X. will keep the cybertruck with free supercharging and FSD for many more years. it does not have as soft of a ride as lightning which rides like a 70's Cadillac.
