Having a weird issue today. This morning I charged up to 90%. I’m down to 80% on the day now, but my app still says 90% and “Charge Complete” from this morning. I noticed that my remote start isn’t working, however, I am still able to lock and unlock the truck. Maybe I’m spoiled here, but this is the first time in over a year since I bought it that I’ve had any issues with the app. Anyone else experience this?

Basic connectivity troubleshooting:

Log on the Ford.com and see if the vehicle data is current there. If yes, the problem is with the app. If no, the problem is truck connectivity.

If it’s the app, force-stop it and retry.

If it’s the truck, check that the connectivity is “On” in settings. If they are, pull the fuse for the modem or disconnect the 12V battery.

Thanks. I had logged on to the Ford website and it was not updated either. I was a bit nervous as I’ve never disconnected the 12v battery before, but I have now 🤞. Hopefully that fixes it.

This afternoon, my charging session ran & completed as normal, I was busy running my snow blower while that was going on, so I couldn't monitor the Ford App performance and fresh data, in the past if I suspected stale data, I'd trigger an update, screen pull-down refresh usually works.

After I put the blower away, I unplugged the truck, it tooks 5-10 minutes for me to get the energy screen to close out the active session details, normally this disappears quickly, also the final session report record was likewise delayed.

I just got V6.7.0 so it could be app related.

Disconnecting and reconnecting the 12v got the battery percentage to update. When I refresh the app it no longer fails. However, I did lose the Departure Times option. It is also saying “Vehicle Connectivity Off”. I confirmed that it is, in fact, on in the truck. Hopefully, everything catches up.

I’ve lost the ability to set departure times, and I have this persistent message in my app 😣.

I had a similar issue a couple years ago. I called the Ford support number and they had me switch the connectivity setting in the truck off and back on again. That apparently fixed my problem.

Thanks 🙏. Did it fix the problem immediately or did it take a few charging cycles/drives? So far nothing I’ve tried is working (including turning connectivity on and off). Most of the features are working I just can’t see departure times or change the max charge setting.

I want to say it was working before I got off the phone with them, but I’m not 100% sure.

I’ve lost Blue Cruise now. I’ve had this thing for over a year with zero issues. Now I feel for those who seemed to deal with these app issues all the time. Someone at Ford told me this was happening with trucks where the last update was pushed through overnight even though the truck was plugged in. The issue wasn’t always immediate. In my case I got 25.8.5 two weeks ago.
