My question is where are your toggles? I can't find toggles for these features.
The toggles on the center screen are a separate update from the one that updates the ipma to allow lane change assist and repositioning. The latter came first and the features were enabled by default similar to wal and required a separate apim update to get the toggles. Sounds like @Diamond lightning may have down updates of order or something didn't update correctly. Out of curiosity, post your update pages. Top one adds the toggles and bottom is the one that actually enabled 1.4 features. If you happen to have forscan, you can verify/enable both

I finally received the 1.4 update with the Walk Away Lock. I was able enable the Walk Away Lock Feature with no issue and it functions. I do seem to be having an issue with being able to enable In-Line Positioning and Lane Change Assist. When I toggle the button it will slide over for a second, stay grey, and then slide back. When driving the Lane Change Assist does not function.

Suggestions?

I'm having the same issue with a slight variation with In-Lane Repositioning and Lane Change assist.
I can toggle the slider for In-Lane Repositioning and it will turn blue for a couple of seconds then it will automatically toggle back to the off position.
The lane change assist will toggle to the right and will stay there but does not turn blue (to indicate it is active). And the vehicle will not automatically change lanes when Blue Cruise is engaged.
I've had the vehicle for over three years and would really like to have these features work. (Ford - Hope you are still monitoring this thread)

Mine does the exact same thing. I wrote at Ford Motor Company and they said they are seeing this in a few of the vehicles. I sent them my VIN. I’ll let you know if they’re able to fix it.

Out of curiosity go to - FordServiceInfo.Com. Enter your vin and download your as-built config. You can change the extension to xml which should make the file a bit more readable in your web browser. Post what you have for 706-01-01, 706-01-02, 706-02-02 and 706-38-01.

Looks like you may not have gotten the update that changes the ipma settings or it didn't apply correctly. Added the values below yours that appear to be different on mine. Regular values should be the 1.4 values. In parenthesis are mine which have changes to enable glare-free, trailer tow cameras and cameras at speed.

looks like you have the same problem. I'm assuming you meant 706 instead of 716? Do you have Forscan? You seem to have cameras at speed enabled based on the E47F. If so, you should be able to take what Diamond Lightning has and make the changes I noted.
