I did not get this (25 Lariat), but I do have an offer for $29.99/mo until the end of the year.

I was surprised and couldn’t believe when I saw BC 90 day notification. I really enjoyed and it’s way better, a lot of improvement. I hope Ford makes a wise decision and lower the subscription prices, no way I would pay $40 or $50 a month, $10 a month is the max I’m willing to pay. These trucks are already very expensive and BC should be free in my opinion. Everyone enjoy your 90 day free trail and we shall see ford’s next move.

After speaking to a Ford tech rep last month about being charged automatically for the second month of service after i cancelled after the first month. They are still working on a refund. They don't seem to know how to reverse it or credit it. The CS rep did talk about a survey and that should trigger a 3 month trial. Sure enough it did as I too got the free 90 day extension.

So for the Month of September I paid with points for the 30 days. I can tell you it worked 100% better with BC1.4 than what my 24 flash came with. Looking forward to using it again on the highway. Give it a try with points and see if you like it. Just make sure to cancel the subscription after the 30 day trial. Especially since they already have your card on file if you have your card linked for super charginging.

Unfortunately for me paying for Blue Cruise is like buying the sleeves out of someone's vest in that there aren't any covered highways within 25 miles of my home. Blue Cruise is a dud untill they greatly expand the included highways.

Honestly, I'd pay if the service was $25/mo or around there. Just reallocate the money from my cancelled Game Pass subscription! But at $62.99/mo + tax where I'm at, that is a no-go. It's pretty convenient when I'm taking a drive on mapped highways, but I'm more of a rural route guy, so it's not a huge advantage for the few times I am on a main, mapped, road. Don't get me started on that Comma.AI device either; I've seen videos and I feel like it would stress me out more than me driving myself!

That being said, I won't say no to another free trial on my 24 Lariat ;)

Same thing here. I had a long weekend drive planned last weekend and bought a month of BC with rewards points. I did use it pretty extensively on my weekend drive and like Rick's experience, it worked better than what my 24 Flash came with (1.2 if I remember right). I will take advantage of having it for the month, but pretty sure I won't pay $50 per month for it.

I realize that BC is not equal to Tesla FSD, but FSD costs a lot more than BC does from what my Tesla owning friends say. Tesla does however almost always give everyone a free month or two after every major upgrade...

I've seen speculation that it's to get '24 owners to try BC again now that 1.4 has gone out. As yet, I haven't seen anything about a new trial for my 25, so that would make sense.
I have a 2024 and I received this. It is not worth it to me I purchased a Comma AI instead.

My personal opinion on blue Cruise is something that should be free. This is only good and highway and or interstates, it does not work on cities driving so if most of your driving is city, you have no use for it.

@Ford Motor Company how do you decide who gets these offers?

People with the same model year and trim level as me are getting this. Why not me?

maybe it’s the same nonsensical logic you use to decide who is worthy of OTA updates? šŸ˜‚
I would love to get an answer to this question. I finally got BC 1.4 on Sunday morning (11/2/25). I might actually consider subscribing if I could ever see it working. Absolutely unwilling to pay $50 for a month to find out since previous versions were such hot garbage.

Seems Ford is so greedy to think that we pay $50 a month for BC which you might use 70% of the time and few selected highways. You must be out of your mind. A truck this expensive BC shouldn’t be a paid subscription.

$50 per month so that I can rest my hands on my lap instead of on the steering wheel? Who are they trying to kid?
