Take off the cover....there is a little reset button on the top left. Hold until the light turns white. Bang head against wall trying to get the wifi connected.
Below is my post from some time ago with the directions. Sadly, I have to do this more often than I would like.

Power it down by turning breaker off for a minute if the hard reset button doesn’t work. If you still can’t reset then try customer care. They might have an idea or ship you a new one.

It took me about a dozen tries to get it to connect. I actually unplugged the wifi repeater about 4 feet away, left my kitchen door open, and after a few more tries, it connected. Annoying, but if it stays connected, is bearable. If has to be done a lot, then I'll sell it on e-Bay and get a different brand, since others are coming out, and with easier 2-way birectional at that!

I only got WiFi set up when I temporarily disabled the 5 ghz network. I think most routers have an automatic way of doing this. Mine was in the troubleshooting section of the router's app.
This may or may not be the problem but I thought it worth mentioning.

Sorry to bring up an old topic, has anyone run into the issue of the factory reset button not doing anything? I’ve held it a solid minute and the lights stay blue.
Folks have mentioned this "problem" in a couple of threads with recent activity, IIRC someone was able to get it to reset with a prolonged pressing of the button, and another was able to convince Siemans that there is a problem and Ford might be approving a warranty replacement.
