nopeDid you buy it used? If so, the previous owner may have used Forscan on it.

Send me some info via DM. I'll see if the team can fix this remotely, or via your local dealer. Thanks Taxman. That did not work. “charging station paused” appeared on the screen.
This worked! Thanks so much.yup. Looks like you have the advanced charging. 6 is what I changed to on my 23 to enable it. Factory was 4. AFAIk, you would be the only non-25 that has managed to get that screen without forscan. Below is the snippet that @Jesse-Infotainment provided in that thread. No guarantee it'll fix the issue but you should at least be able to get back to the old charging screen. https://www.f150lightningforum.com/forum/threads/f150-lightning-forscan-thread-version-2.23634 You might can check there if anyone is local to you or you can just order the adapter and use the free 2 month license. Easy peasy if you have a windows machine. Amazon.com: OBDLink EX FORScan OBD Adapter : Automotive

Incredible, @Ford Motor Company y'all need a certification process for external EXPERTS to allow them to get to solving problems not being roadblocks, I fully understand cyber security concerns for licencing hackers, but knowledgeable experts need a little respect & love at this timeI don’t remember what the settings were but I had the fix bookmarked and I changed it at the same time along with some other things.
I fixed in 30 seconds what the dealership couldn’t do in 4 weeks, ha ha.
Just got my new laptop today. That is what I was waiting on.
Shame OP had to use an unsanctioned method to resolve the issue. Scared to think how long this would've taken to get resolved or if it even would have. It would've involved Ford engineers for sure. It was just sheer dumb luck that I just so happened had done that mod myself and recognized the enhanced charging screen from the 25's. Had @Jesse-Infotainment not posted that thread, OP would still be running in circles. He's the real one they should quit cutting off at the knees. Who knows how many he's brought back to life after issues.Incredible, @Ford Motor Company y'all need a certification process for external EXPERTS to allow them to get to solving problems not being roadblocks, I fully understand cyber security concerns for licencing hackers, but knowledgeable experts need a little respect & love at this time
Have you tried a VPN?I wish I could get back to normal. I cant even update my own vehicles. I have an FDRS license I cant even use I paid a year ahead.
I don't know why Ford decided to go the route they did with me.. but they have blacklisted all my IPs.. Host Ids of most all my computers.. So It is what it is at this point.
I truly can't count how many situations I fixed that would have never been fixed. Pretty much why I am MIA anymore because its frustrating to not be able to pull a vin and take a look and see what is wrong. I think its an engineer butt hurt I made them look bad. I've helped engineers fix issues they reached out to me about.
I know this thread isn't about this but I do wish I could do things more like I used to but I just cant. I don't know what I can do about it. I never did anything bad with what I was doing.
The Blue Cruise roll out alone was an insane time for me. Oh well it is what it is at this point. Ford has decided to go this route and see me as an enemy rather than an ally. If I had a huge Social media presence maybe I could make some noise but I dont and the only people that get anywhere these days are those with one.
