Agree with @PJnc284. The powertrain modules are in a group. Whenever the dealer or OTA has updated one of mine they all get updated (ABS, BECM, PCM, SOBDM, SOBDMC). I got PT-25.13.12 last night and according to my new AsBuilt, those 5 modules were updated even though the notes just mentioned PCM.
Was wondering if the OTAs also updated those. Was it the BECM that was updated to add the 500 amp charging? If so this could also cover those who never received that update. Seen a handful complaining about not having it.

Sorry, I honestly don't know about the 500A one- haven't been following that since I rarely DCFC.

I can say my powertrain modules have seen 4 updates in 3 years. The one last night via OTA, and 3 at the dealer for some recalls/CSP's and when a module went bad. All of these updated ABS, BECM, PCM, and some SOBDMx.

There is also an outstanding recall for the parking module that will be delivered OTA. Sounds like that will be a powertrain update as well.

I have a 2025 Flash, Job 2 (May '25 build date), and I'm trying to find out if there is a way to enable the Approach Detection/Lighting feature (i.e., puddle lights, etc., that come on as you walk up to the truck). It is listed as a "feature" on Ford's listing of changes for Job 2 (other changes include dropping the tailgate step, phone charger, etc. all of which my truck "has".) But I have no approach lights.

I asked the dealer and he just said it was VIN specific and he couldn't find any reference on how to enable it. I know on my previous '22 XLT, this feature came as an OTA update ... so I asked him if I just had to wait ... but all I got was a puzzled look and a "Maybe" answer.

I'm wondering if this may be configureable in FORSCAN?

(FYI - I am quite conversant in FORSCAN and have used it several Ford/Lincoln vehicles since my '15 Lariat!!)

Thanks in advance!!

Sorry, have to ask - you have Welcome Lighting turned on in Sync settings, right?
What FORScan mods have you done already (specifically the Lincoln Folding mirrors)?

That shouldn't require forscan, it's just a setting in the infotainment system. According to the owner's manual, press
Vehicle> Lighting > toggle Welcome Lighting on

It's not present in the lighting options on my '25 job 2 Flash.

Are welcome lights when you approach the car, or when you unlock it?

When you approach. It should detect a nearby fob and turn on all of the exterior lightning as if you had pressed the unlock button on the fob.

Nice to know, my property isn’t big enough for an American truck, as the lights come on, even when the fob or phone isn’t with me.

I believed it was a deterrent function :p

I reviewed the following post: DIY: Installing Passive Entry To A 2022 F-150 Lightning XLT | Ford Lightning Forum For F-150 Lightning EV Pickup: News, Owners, Discussions, Community

I played around a bit and was able to enable Approach/Welcome Lighting on my Flash. In the BdyCM easy mode, I enabled all of the Approach Detection options and set BdyCM 726-45-01 to xxxx xxxx x1--. The toggle is still not present in the Lighting menu, but the feature is functional.
There should be a setting in the APIM to enable the toggle. That’s probably all you’re missing.

Maybe check this setting.

As others implied, that option is not listed.
