no answers other than PPOB status maybe a 24 and up thing.
I have a '23 Lariat ER, and I've had PPOB functional in displaying outlet power consumption for about a week (at least) on an iPhone 14 Pro Max running iOS 26.2 (just didn't feel the need to chime in that I got it).

Per a tip from member @I <3 My Lightning in a DM conversation, I tried logging out of my Ford App installation on my phone, then logged in with my wife's credentials, low & behold the PPOB features are showing now, but ONLY with her account profile.

I then logged out of her account and returned to my account credentials, still missing the feature.

This tells me the Ford App on my phone is fine, but my profile on Ford server is corrupted, can we get someone in engineering to look at this ?? @Ford Motor Company

BTW, we had NASTY weather in Southern New England this morning, power outages, trees down everywhere, roads blocked in my neighborhood, life is slowly returning to normal, less one 100 foot pine tree next door.

Emergency power in the house came from my first layer of defense, my EcoFlow Pro battery systems for ~5 hours today, layer two defenses would have been PPOB from the Lightning.

Well this is interesting. I’ve got 2 accounts, neither one have PPOB status in the app. I made a 3rd account and shared the truck with it and what do you know, PPOB status showed up.

I guess I’ll call ford support on Monday and see if I can get them to fix it.

Fwiw 2023 Pro ER, Samsung S23 Ultra (Android), app version 6.3.0, primary account holder. PPOB has been available to me for a while.



Also, my app (6.3.0) shows last updated 19 Nov 25. Viewing the play store app directly shows the last update being 21 Nov so their is a newer version than 6.3.0.

Interesting that creating the fresh new account fixes the issue with PPOB.

NOW, do you have a FCSP, is that showing in Charge Station? Ours wasn't with my wifes profile, and the process for associating it to her account is not working.

I'm running a S24 ulta, a couple of phone OS updates have posted recently, but I'm thinking that isn't the problem. Still no V6.4.0 for Ford App on PlayStore, eventually that should show up ~ a week or two after initial reports of the release.

Maybe Ford is able to clean up corrupted profiles ??

I really hate having to go through a master reset, pull VIN out of my virtual garage, rebuilt drivers and associations to the FCSP, doing the destructive steps might foul up the charging data history, as if I were a subsequent new owner of my own truck going this route!

They have to have a way to clean up profile misconfigurations!

Sadly no, I’m running a charge point charger.

Color me shocked! PPO was not on my phone earlier this morning, but it is showing up now. Still running 6.3.0 and no update available.

I think from what we're seeing it's something with the user profile. I just got off the phone with Ford Support (slow day at work) and have a case number opened with them. Same device shows the status when logged into my new FordPass account, while it's missing from my promary account.

Once I hear back I'll report here. Maybe they uncover a larger issue with my case and fix it for everyone.

Ford support just called and they said that they’re in the process of rolling it out to everybody and it sounded like they should be completed today or tonight sometime. So that would explain why some of us have it some of us don’t and why some accounts have it and some don’t within a single vehicle.

So it’s not the app version it’s your user profile within their system. Ford said they would call me back tomorrow evening to make sure it showed up in my app.

Just made the trek to El Paso today for Xmas with the in-laws. No PPOB this morning but it is there now after I arrived. Still on 6.3.0

I'd rather have zone lighting in the app like we had in 2022 when I bought the truck. Don't think I'll ever see that back.

I didn't have pro power in the app but just deleted schedule departure and noticed I got it now.

So I'm on a different version now than 6.3 and intially when I got that version my climat control button got grayed out / non functional, I could still use Alexa so it wasn't a connection / modem issue.

It stayed that way for about a week before I got fed up and deleted the data (cache and appdata) which means you lose your phone as key and have to log back in again.

I log back in, add PAK and my climat control is back, but now PPO is gone *sigh*. It's been that way for a few days and with all the new reports about people seeing it again I'm refreshing like crazy hoping that this one time I'll see it again, but no...

So I just logged out of the app (didn't delete anything) and log back in again and Hey Presto ! It's all back to normal.
