Looking forward to this, I'm on 4.2.1 with new UI but no streaming apps. My update page said I have something pending, but I don't recall if it mentioned anything like this.

Seeing that you have a 2023, did this finally update your UI?

Yes -- still checking for changes but the main ones are new options on the status bar (top of home screen) including one touch for camera view, use of the volume dial at the bottom of the screen for temp, fan and heat, and overall visual improvements to look and feel.....everything seems a little smoother especially the connectivity menu items.

Have not tried streaming yet because I do not have Ford Streaming but plan to connect to wifi soon.

Updates seem to be lagging Mach e by a few weeks -- they already have 4.2.3 and 4.2.4.

What is the dynamic resizing for CarPlay?

I haven't used CarPlay recently -- due to Ford fixes for connectivity problems where I wanted to try out "native functionality" such as real time traffic. I'll try to use CarPlay soon to see if it changed anything!

According to the release notes this is for Lariat & Platinum -- not sure if there is an update for Pro/XLT with different designation using Ford's awkward numerical protocols.

The app tells me truck has updated to 4.2.2.2 , the truck says the same thing. Supposedly there are new options and toggles to turn on for blue cruise, (lane changing etc) none of them are there. There is also supposed to be, streaming, available under entertainment, nothing there-any thoughts?
