I also just received this update in my 2025 Flash over the air this morning. I sat in the driver seat during the install and it was about 5 mins start to finish. All good, no issues.

I don’t know if you can get into the program currently but it doesn’t hurt to ask Ford.

I signed up 2-3 nights ago and got an email the next day saying I was in. Then shortly after got the Trailer Module OTA update.

The update was quick and easy over WiFi where I live. I have not tested it, I don’t have a trailer.

Got my truck back yesterday to have the recall performed, no OTA for me unless they did it while it was there, that I don't know. Needed other work anyway so...

Edit: Not EAP picked it up new, June last year.

Jumped into truck this morning to go to work and you can tell right away there was an update! All the preset stations were gone and my seating position was out of wack....(weird) But i did get the 26c10 trailer module update OTA

Curious if you are / not in the EAP {Early Access Program}?

I don't believe that i am , I'm pretty sure that i didn't sign up for anything.
I did buy my truck new from a dealership in Feb 25.

I got it Tuesday night so seems to be rolling out to the masses. I applied for EAP when I purchased 2+ years ago but guess they have enough 23's and been stuck on waitlisted.

I got my update last night in Canada... Not EAP.. and yeah.. All presets gone... hate that... Hopefully Ford is learning software. How hard can it be to have the update store presets into memory and then reapply them when the update is done. You know like every other products software update. Ford should at least be using us as ginny pigs as they figure this stuff out. 4 years in and this is still happening...

I received this overnight for my '23 Lariat ER (non-EAP).

Non-EAP and received it over the weekend in my '23 Lariat. One thing that does drive me bonkers other than the presets everyone complains about is that my departure times get turned back on. I don't understand the little things like the presets and the app settings.
