If I do the IPMA and other modules myself, will the front camera CSP in FordPass go away? Or is reporting that complete a dealer function?

The latest APIM update is now available in FDRS. It was jsut released as of this morning for mine.

Some reason late Build 24s stopped at LR and never got NG.

So mine goes straight from LR to NM.


22 up Lightnings should have it showing now along with Mach E

Ice Trucks are also showing it from 22 up

As of a day ago I had no APIM updates. I hesitate to ask anyone to check my VIN again, but alas here I am. I don’t want to purchase the sub if I don’t have it available.

I believe it is in the 8033 DID. Going from memory here, but I'm pretty sure that's it.

In the case that the vehicle was on another older version of Sync, it will look very different as the update packet is more extensive. Like this:

Thanks Javier! I don't have full time access to PTS so I use the poor man's method of looking at version numbers / DIDs in FORScan or in As-Built files on the MotorCraft site.

The thing is, AFAIK, FORScan won't show you what you came from.....only what is there now. You'd have to document what is there pre and post the OTA to compare without PTS.

Yeah, I got that covered! I do exactly what you suggest. I use FORScan Lite or CarScanner since I don't have to get the laptop out. FORScan Lite works well - you just have to clear the cache before connecting.

I also download from MotorCraft before and after. I have seen that site update almost immediately after an OTA installs.

Correct. An OTA causes the server interrogator to poll the vehicle and reports the data back to the mothership almost instantly.

I just updated mine again (last time was in Febuary-ish), had quite a few that needed to be done, incl. the pesky ACM / RFA that just won't go away.

I just used FDRS to apply the new APIM update. All of my settings for WAL and BlueCruise stayed the same thankfully. Other than that, not a lot that seems different. Still cannot set a profile photo any longer. This was a regression in one of the last couple APIM updates. For that bug, if you have profile photos set from earlier, don’t delete them as you can’t assign them anymore.

Thanks for this update. Profiles started off pretty cool and were easy to set up. They seems to have gone down hill since early on.

Yes. The update that adds the toggles back has only been released to EA members. It does not show up in the latest FDRS pull of modules needing update. Hopefully it will in a few weeks. Until then I enabled it in Forscan some time ago, so I am not too worried.

Can youn detail what line of code you changed in FORScan to add the toggles back?
