Lightning Software Updates using FDRS

Anyone with an active FDRS license? Need the HVAC files for a 2022-2023 PowerBoost. I have the VIN of one and can walk you through how to get the files if you don't know how to. Thanks.

Tried to open a new 72-hour subscription. They charged me twice and now I can’t log in.
"Authentication failed"
“Authorization failed"

Wiped the installation clean and re-installed. I tried 45.6.8 and version 46. Same errors. I can log into the website and see the updates I need, vehicle health history, etc., so I know the subscription is active. I just can’t get logged in with FDRS.

Wasted many hours last night. Will try calling the hotline today, but what a pain.

According to Mike's post above he was told to use 45.5.8, not 6. Maybe try that?

EDIT: and the link he posted no longer has that version - instead it has 46.5.4. It was there yesterday. Sheesh Ford.

Yeah, I have all three versions downloaded (45.5.8, 45.6.8, and 46.5.4). 45.5.8 expects a code; 45.6.8 allows either a code or a subscription; 46.5.4 allows a code or subscription. None let me log in with my subscription (I did not get a code when I bought the subscription). Still no communications from Ford. It’s beyond frustrating at this point.

Yeah, they are ignoring my emails back to their help desk as well. If I try to login I get “Too many login attempts, try again later.”
For three days now.

I finally got in. But I'm not sure I'll have time to update both vehicles. Still running the truck through... There are a lot of updates.

Question:
After a bunch of updates, clearing codes, retesting, etc, I have one remaining orange DTC:
SCCM configuration incompatible.

The SCCM configuration is the same as the AsBuilt configuration. Any suggestions?

Are you in EAP by chance?

I stopped recieving OTAs and was 9 months behind. I went into the EAP website and saw that in my profile for the field "Vehicle Used For Business Purpose" was set to yes somehow. I changed it to no and BOOM I started getting OTAs the next time I drove it, and then 1-2 a week for the next 2 months.

Thanks for the tip! I haven’t gotten an OTA since March. I logged into the EAP site and mine was blank. Changed it to “no”

No go. The PMI fails.

I’m worried I synced the truck’s configuration to the online database. I think I might have to find a ’23 Lariat ER AsBuilt that hasn’t been corrupted. I got complacent this time and didn’t make a record of the changes I made.

Okay.....my account got blocked due to "unusual activity" right after I installed this new version.

I filled out a support ticket to ask why my account got blocked and was told that my software was "compromised" and provided instructions on removing said software and reinstalling "genuine" Ford software....no I'm not making this up.

So they provided a link to where they want me to get this software and it's here.

So based on that, I take it I'm supposed to go back to using the 45.5.8 revision instead of using the newer 46 version. So I'll uninstall/reinstall and hopefully that ends this saga for this month......

How did you get this fixed? my account is blocked as well getting unusual activity when im doing 2-day pass this weekend...
even worse, my ford account is locked as well and my fordpass stops working along with phone key...
gonna call fordpass and motorcraft service tmr and hopefully either get my $120usd refund or extended (its almost 200CAD after conversation & fee)

Did you add the heated steering wheel or do anything with the SCCM, or is everything as it came from factory?

Did the code pop up after you updated the SCCM, or was the SCCM not one of the modules you updated?

I didn’t change anything in the SCCM directly. I have not done the heated steering wheel (it came with it and that has always worked). I can’t think of any of the “shortcuts” in Forscan I used that would have changed anything. What’s currently on AsBuilt is identical to the configuration in the vehicle.

It is possible that you updated other modules that require the SCCM be updated to prevent incompatibilities. When you tried the PMI and FDRS asked if it was the original module, did you say yes or no?

I originally said, “No.” It failed. So I tried with, “Yes.” It also failed.
