Best of luck to you all! Popped up at around 5 pm today.
Same. Saw it when I was at a red light and surfing through the infotainment system. Hit “update now” as soon as I pulled into the driveway and everything updated and says I now have it. Great timing since I leave for a work trip tomoorw so I’ll be able to check it out. MY23 Platinum ER.

It ultimately took about 3 hours for mine to update. Does it utilize WiFi or ATT to download? WiFi is great out by my truck, but ATT is trash where I live.

So I am not at home, but my truck is plugged in and connected to Wi-Fi in the garage. What happens if an update like this comes through but I don’t use my truck for a few days? Does it install automatically or will it be waiting when I get back?

Any of you that are getting this round of updates have a 2024. Or just 22/23's ?

I did just get a window update and a few days ago a walk away lock update for my 24 Flash.

Just jumping in to say I too (23 Lariat) finally got the BC 1.4. I downloaded while I was golfing for a few hours, so when I got home it installed in like 5 minutes. Went out and tooled up and down the highway to test it out. Worked great, including the lane change.

I have to side comment that I just hate that people have to use FORSCAN to enable software on their $50-$80K vehicles when OTA should just work (bar has been set high by many other EV brands). As much fun as it would be to tinker, I just can't make myself spend EXTRA money and MY TIME to reinforce bad behavior from Ford.

I was MOST happy in how it now does much better when someone moves into your lane in front of you within the following distance. 1.0 (BC or Adaptive Cruise) used to "jab the breaks" pretty hard to get the desired spacing, which was frustrating and jarring to me an passengers. As I was almost to my exit someone merged in from a ramp and just HAD to get in front me (hardly any room which usually irritates me) but I was excited to see how the truck responded now. It just gently slowed to increase the following space now...no brake jabs! Great improvements with +0.4 versions.

Thanks Ford for making "soon" a reality (finally) for us non EAP's.
