Update - went through without a hitch…you could hear the charger electronics humming for about 35-40 min as it started…maybe to ensure the 12v had enough juice to complete the download and start the update. It did lose 1% of the traction battery during the updateBlue Cruise 1.4 OTA In progress now
Just started the Blue Cruie 1.4 OTA Update...said it would take up to 83 minutes....a bit nervous that it will complete successfully and not brick the truck

It isn't true "automatic" which is in 1.5. You short tap the turn signal and it should change lanes. It flashes the turn signal until the lane change completes. If you're willing to tinker, you can add the toggles using FORScan but lane-change assist and in-lane repositioning should work out of the box.Got the update last night. Drove to work this morning which is probably 30 miles of Blue Cruise highway.
Seems smoother? Less bouncing back and forth.
I didn't have any automatic lane change capability though. I looked in the options and didn't see the ability to turn that on at all. The update said this control will added later???

You interpreted it correctly.....the toggles come with a separate APIM update, but you can use FORScan to add them.Thanks. Sounds like I need to get the toggles via FORScan. I thought it was strange that they push this update for BC 1.4, but then describe in the update that the toggles to actually turn on the feature is coming later. I just wanted to confirm I was interpreting that right.
So the truck will not change lanes on its own if you tap the blinker - and BC is engaged, and the lane is very conservatively clear? Thanks. Sounds like I need to get the toggles via FORScan.
The IPMA update not enabling the config for BC 1.4 is a known issue. This is why there is another IPMA OTA that is config only that enables the features if the IPMA update that updates the firmware doesn't update the config. The config only OTA is IPMA-DC-24.204.8.27.So the truck will not change lanes on its own if you tap the blinker - and BC is engaged, and the lane is very conservatively clear?
Anybody else getting this latest round finding that Lane Change Assist doesn't work?
Good to know. I wish when folks say they got an update that they would scroll to the bottom of the release notes and say the exact release. The IPMA update not enabling the config for BC 1.4 is a known issue.
