So, the Pro power outlets in my bed will work sometimes, but other times when I try to turn them on nothing happens. It appears the wiring may be loose as sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. Has anyone else seen this issue? I have the 9.2kw onboard power.

Contact your dealership. If they can't fix it they'll contact Ford corporate and figure out what is wrong.

Just an affirming question, do you also go into the sync screen to turn on the PPOB for the rear outlets? On my truck they are default off until commanded to turn on, while the cabin and frunk are always on.

from my experience, the ProPower will stay 'ON' until you turn it off, even if the truck has been turned off in the meantime... when you power the truck back on, the ProPower should also return to 'ON', as you last left it, with the same outlets on, as well. Now, the screen will sometimes ask you questions about ProPower, etc., but I generally just ignore them.

I've found that the middle 'icon' of power on the ProPower screen is simply an indicator, you cannot change it, as the power outlets in the cab are always available if the ProPower is 'ON'. If you want the frunk or bed outlets to be on, you have to push those icons, then they turn BLUE.
As for the 240v 30amp outlet in the bed, you must have ProPower ON, the truck ON, and then physically press the outlet's GREEN BUTTON to power it on. It is NOT solely controlled by the ProPower screen.

I've traveled extensively with my mini refrigerator in the back seat area, always plugged into the passenger outlet, and always remaining on if the truck is ON, or left ON when I exit. Even when I return to the truck if I've turned the truck off, or it has turned itself off, the ProPower comes back on automatically when I power the truck back on.
One annoyance, though, is that the truck will automatically turn the truck OFF when you stop or unplug from charging(DC Fast Charging)... I'm not sure why this is the case, but maybe Ford has their reasons... if you can have the truck on while charging, because you want to continue powering your outlets, or even just because you want to have heating or air conditioning working, why would all that have to STOP simply because you are finished charging? Not sure, but maybe they can provide an OTA settings option for that.

Yup, pressing the button does nothing, they are allowing me to turn it on at the moment, I will see if they go out again, I have a feeling it might be a loose connection or wire that becomes loose from vibration while driving.

I will take a video if it happens again.

I press the bed button and it doesn't turn blue to turn on and the power indicator bars remain grayed out, right now it's working, so it it happens again I'll take a video.

What happens to the truck when you leave it on for pro power? I just got the truck and my plan this morning was to keep my mini fridge running in the cab while I worked out. However, I am very hesitant to leave my truck fully on in a public parking lot. The screens are on, etc. Anyone walking by will take particular interest in my truck in that mode. I even tried locking the doors and didn't get the horn, so I wasn't sure if the doors even locked. Any tips to leaving the truck on for pro power when in public?

The 12" center screen display of the Pro's and XLT's can be turned off with a manual button between the volume and tuning knobs (p495). Did not find that for the 15" screen in the manual.

"...the ProPower will stay 'ON' until you turn it off, even if the truck has been turned off in the meantime..."
The cab can be locked and the Pro Power in the bed and Frunk can be running as long as necessary, limited only by battery power available (and no limit if charging), right?
I hope to have a in-frunk, cab, or bed refrigerator/freezer which would rely on power staying on, even if vehicle locked and not in cab.

If you click the vol knob on the 15 inch, it turns off the screen

If you turn off the truck, it turns pro power off.

It turns the screen down into a calm mode, but it doesn't fully turn off. There is no way to turn off the screen completely while the truck is on.
