So, when I tap the radio button, I get a screen with a bunch of pre-selected channels. How do I re-populate that screen with channels I actually want? Is there a way?

Tune radio to the station you want. Then press and hold one of their pre-selected buttons. It should change to your station.

Repeat for the other station/buttons.

You can also change how many rows of presets you want

My radio presets frequently change themselves. It's not all of them, but most of them. I suspect it is an issue with the software updates.
How common is this issue?

I had the same problem but turned out that the driver profile kept changing back to the default. Not sure if that helps you but could be your issue.

99.98% certain that's the issue, on the occasions I've seen a change of stored radio presets, it's because of default profile, I notice my avatar hasn't loaded in the upper right corner as a secondary clue, so I tap my #1 seat preset's button associated to my primary FOB/PAAK configuration, then the presets are corrected.

You can play Whack-A-Mole. Press the preset you want to move and then press and hold the button you want to copy it to. This copies it to that button. If that button is a preset you want, then first copy it to an unused button. Rinse and repeat.

Every time I remote start with PAAK it reverts to the default settings. But a simple push of the driver saved profile and I'm back in business.

You would think the PAAK should have a way to note your the driver and keep your profile vs switching to default.

I personally hate when the steering wheel and seat move all the way back for easier ingress and outgress. I turned that setting off. But thats usually my quick indicator the truck is back to default profile.

Once I turned the easy entry function off it has never run, but maybe I changed it to off under the default profile as well, give that a shot.
