Walk away locks - WAL

Was already working on my truck about month now. But still no sliders on the dash to control the settings for wal. Any one else seeing the sliders with out playing around in fdrs or forscan?

- In May, Early Access got 25.2.1.6.5 that gave them the WAL toggles.
- At the same time Mach-E got 25.2.1.6.5 which had release notes like above. (They always had WAL).
- A week ago more Lightning owners got 25.2.1.6.5 that said it was WAL but Ford admitted it was not.
- Today owners are getting 25.2.1.6.X which is similar to Mach-E notes and was apparently what others starting getting a week ago. So far looks like 2023's (@electricpig doesn't have year in his profile).

No kidding. Half the updates are supposedly to improve the updating ability ? so you'd think it would be awesome by now lol
