In the EREV thread a few folks affiliated with the Rouge factory say that some production happened recently, but that's it's all wrapped up now, I'm really curious what the last truck is, trim, color VIN.

That makes sense, when they first shut the line down it was going to be temporary. When they decided to shut it permanently they probably restarted to use up parts that were already staged or committed from suppliers in excess of what they need for parts stock.
