Bluecruise 1.4 officially being sent out to F150 & Lightnings starting today (12/11/24)!

Has anyone received the update in the last week or so? It seems like lots of people were getting it when this thread first began but has stopped. Did Ford stop the updates (again)?

Could also have stopped for the holidays as there is very limited Ford support

That means the OTA failed for some reason. You'd have to wait for it to be resent, but no way of knowing when that will be.

Just got my 23 Lariat back from the repair shop for a 14 day front bumper repair. No 1.4 love yet.

I did not and I have a 2023 Lariat. And now, when I check for software updates, it says checking for latest updates - but is stuck.

I spoke with someone at Ford tech-support, and they recommended taking it to the dealer versus disconnecting the battery. We also tried a few reset ideas, which did not work.

The rep at Ford told me they release the Blue Cruise update in batches of VINs, and maybe with the holiday, it's in a lull.

My appointment with the Dealer is next week.

All 21-23 trucks will be going from 1.0 to 1.4 via OTA eventually.

If anyone wanted to be super nice @Ford Motor Company and push the update to my lightning, I have an 850 mile drive tomorrow and 1.4 would make my trip a lot smoother

I hope you are right because that chart says Lightnings are SOL.

About 6 months back, I also heard that from a Ford representative that Lightnings may never get the 1.4 update.
