For the benefit of the group I thought I would post the end (I hope). I called the Ford Support Group as suggested. They informed me that I needed to be at the charger. When I got to the charger that evening, all was good. Light was blue as normal. This was after two days of white light.

Should I continue with Ford for a possible diagnostic check or just forget it and go on with my life?
I wouldn't contact Ford again until the white light occurs. There is likely no history in the charger to show what WAS wrong, you need it to be happening.

If it's charging and giving you statistics, move on................

Maybe wait until the issue presents itself again. Hopefully it does not.

If your charger is on line, maybe ford did a remote reset when you called or their server where the data dump goes was hung on your address only. Which they cleared.

Adding to the saga and hopefully last post on this issue for me. Ford Tech support worked with me to trouble shoot the charger. After a couple of sessions they opted to warranty the station Approx 15 months old.

New station arrived ahead of schedule and has been installed and I am back to my normal blue lights and charging without issues.

Question for you gurus, I use the station infrequently as I mostly charge at work. Should I manually trip the breaker with not in use or just leave it energized all the time.

I'd leave it on just for the benefit of receiving any OTA updates to the FCSP.

Glad they were able to get it sorted.

I would only use the breaker to turn it off if your use of the charger is very infrequent. Circuit breakers are primarily designed to protect circuits from overloads and short circuits, and repeated manual switching can wear them out, potentially causing them to fail or not function as intended.
