Yeah, was automatically added to my FordPass account.

I'm assuming you have FordPass installed and connected to the vehicle. Did you do that at the dealer when you picked up the truck?

I just looked at my Rewards history in FordPass. If I recall I bought the truck on 06/10/2025 and it shows I got the 22K points on 06/13/2025, so just a couple days.

There's a link/button "Missing Points" in the FordPass app that might point you in the right direction to track this down. (Open App -> Click the 'Account' icon in the top-right (little person) -> Other Services - Rewards -> Scroll down and click History -> Click Missing Points?)

I went through the steps but wound up calling Ford.
In going through the part where you choose the dealer, my dealer wasn’t listed, although their other dealership was. Same dealer, two different cities.
The Ford rep was bumping me up to the next level, so I’ll be waiting to hear from them.

When we bought the Lightning in 2023, we got 40,000 points. Even then, I thought that was stingy given that a month or two later, I had the evaporator on my FFE's A/C replaced for about $4k and got nearly that many points.

On the plus side, when getting servicing done under the maintenance package (i.e.: at no cost at the service visit), we are getting points.

It's always been 22,000 points IN THE US. You're in Canada. You paid more for the vehicle too.

You need to use an Electrify America charger. When you get the email receipt, it will contain your remaining balance. It's the only method I've found to check.

That went away a year ago. @ClevelandBeemer has no free charging.

As said above, but 2025 BEV sales did not get this promotion, as stated by Rick.....
Anyone else who did get the free 250kWh, only way to know your balance is to use it at an EA DCFC
