BUT... where's the beef? These "BIG" updates don't fix things like No Blue Cruise when towing, "Full View Not Available" in rear camera view, and other poor vehicle menu choices, some of which don't work. i.e. it is still a shitty software design and testing team.

My 2023 is coming up on 30,000 miles and the cargo camera only works sometimes (not when I need it), the turn signals don't turn off after a turn and the tail gate keeps telling me it is open when it is closed, then sticks when I go to open it...

yeah, for us with 15" screens and use Android... a big whooppee

I should not need a 3rd party app to get the software right, but I understand it is the sad part of reality. I don't have Forescan but will likely get it when I hit 36,000,despite the extended warantee I bought (I figured a lot of little things will continue to go wrong.) Thanks for the camera info.

I agree. Would have been nice of ford could just get it right. Don’t worry doing forscan stuff won’t mess with warranty. It’s just software changes.

1) Employee adds no information.
2) This employee post is of Branden's post.

Again, Jace Craft Miller blurted this out on X. That right there is against the EA agreement. The fact that Jace did it doesn't give anyone else permission to do it. If it's "public knowledge" then it's ok to discuss. Does Jace violating the EAP agreement make the information "public knowledge"? I'd say no, it's ONE mention and it's not a legitimate one.

I'm not Ford, nor a Ford lawyer, or the person who runs Early Access, but if I was then that X post would have gotten Jace kicked out of EAP.

It’s extra funny because Jace ratted out some EA users for talking about updates years back and got them kicked out of the program.

It's interesting that he goes on Twitter to yap about a feature that hasn't yet rolled out, which means he's in EA, which means he's talking about Fight Club when you're not supposed to.

I feel like “influencers” get these updates first. I’m in EA and have never received a vehicle update to test, only surveys and Ford app updates. Lame.

The only thing to say about this guy and this post, its that acknowledging what he does in public should end his career in IT. Anyone ever looking to hire him and what he was in charge of at Ford and how poorly it works, would never consider him for a job anywhere, ever.

I will offer an olive branch. There are several of us on this forum, a couple with great in depth knowledge of your systems. We'd love to be guinea pigs and test and offer feedback to help improve the products.

Just FYI: There is a known issue with this Sync update getting hung up and not installed. Ford released an SSM to dealers about it 3 days ago.
