Thats what happened to me as well. I asked the service manager... "are you sure you don't mean CSP?" and he said "no, its a recall." I didn't see any recalls from Ford, or my app. However I already had the FHCM flashed already due to a OTA update. So this could be a mute point since I already had the OTA unless he wants to flash it again for giggles.Interesting, after I set my appointment for the same service {24B56} got a text confirm my appointment drop off date, they also advised me I had a "RECALL" that might need attention while I was in for service?!
I think they didn't realize that the service was for the CSP-24B56, unless there are hidden recalls or if the service associate is confused about terminology?
If they need more time next Thursday, no problem, spring is in the air an my butt is mostly on the Road Glide now, take as much time as you need.
On a different note... it would appear the tech has not hooked a charger to the battery, but has just left the truck on. It been over an hour, and unless the tech did it accidentally, I can't think of any reason why the truck would be left on.
