Looking at other threads/spreadsheets, seems like it takes 10-15 days on average for the built status to pop, depending on if your build is on a chip hold (not sure how to check this)

I got my Tear Tag this morning. Did I read that once you have your modules AND your Tear Tag, that that means there are no chip holds and it's almost ready to ship, or did I hear wrong?

There can still be chip holds, a broad term for many out of stock parts.

Without some kind of insider help though, we can't tell if our truck is on a chip hold correct?

Your dealer should be able to help on this front, although based on many other forum posts, it seems like there are many dealers who are less than clueless on finding out this information.

yeah I don't have faith in my dealer to track down that info for me. So far I have been doing all the tracking on my own and they haven't said anything. I'll be curious if they reach out when it goes to a build status.

For some reason I just went to look at my window sticker on https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking and it saying " The window sticker has not yet been released for this vehicle. "

I went to the ford site (https://www.ford.com/help/contact/?gnav=header-support#chat) and chatted them. There's no holding queue, so you need to keep refreshing and clicking "Start Chatting" until a representative is free.
I just chatted them and got this as a reply when I asked them to check for chip holds:
"Your order status is In Production at Rouge Electric Vehicle Center (revc), MI. There is a Micro Chip at plant hold on the order. You can consult with your dealership for further information regarding the delay! At this time the estimated delivery date to dealership is between Jan-31 - Feb-06 which is only an estimate. You may check for general status updates online here: https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking#/ or by keeping in touch with your dealership for updates as well."
I'm not sure what they actually meant by "There is a Micro Chip at plant hold on the order." If that means there is a hold at the plant or if they reserved a micro chip at the plant for my build.

I just chatted with Ford support and they said they didn't see any hold on my truck, but to verify with my dealer as well. They also said it had a scheduled arrival date of 1/31/2023 but I took that with a huge grain of salt haha
