Which lenders let you lock in a few weeks before it's delivered?I got my built and shipped emails overnight. I saw the built status yesterday. Estimated delivery oct 3 to oct 9. Happy birthday to me??? I guess I can arrange financing prior to the federal reserve blowing things up next week.
Who are you going with? My go to Pentagon Federal and Navy Federal are pretty high right now for rates. Most credit unions will let you lock for 30 days.
First I've heard of them. Do you have a referral link or something?I just got approved with VSECU 3.65 X 72 (green vehicle loan which is 0.5 percent less than regular rates). At the start of this in March/April I was planning on DCU, which I have used multiple times previously, but their energy efficient vehicle loan rate went from around 1.75 percent to 3.75x65. My guess is that rates will bump up a bit more later this week.
I see I’m in built status but I never got the email.Got my built email last night. Now to figure out if I can lock financing in before the rate jump.
It took a day or two for the email to come through for me.I see I’m in built status but I never got the email.
I’m waiting for the same. Even though the ETA is only a couple weeks out, I’m afraid there will be another delayI waited on financing package approval until my truck reached shipped status, there have been delays recently, hopefully your rate locks hold up long enough for the truck to arrive and finish PDI.
