So dumb question, and maybe you already mentioned it, but you don't have the scheduling set to a different time, do you? If so or if not, maybe try and set it, disable it, etc..

Ask whatever question u think may be pertinent. My experience with diag of ICE vehicle's, is 9/10 it’s something simple lol
I deleted my charge locations, but when I had them, they were for anytime.

He had a couple profiles and I asked him to delete them, now he's operating on an unrestricted default scheme with no limiting factors.

If you truly had a defect in the charging system the truck should be throwing error codes on the lighted ring and dash display.

I'm still suspect with the Fordpass app functionality on your phone, but what's funny is that it reflects the status of charging just no statistical information, WEIRD!

Yeah, that's what's really got me stumped since there aren't any instrument cluster warnings, nor any DTCs.

I'm gonna uninstall & reinstall it since I have a physical keyfob. But wouldn't the trucks charge screen show a rate of charge?

This is a strange one. Have you been able to try a different level 2 charger? Charge port looks clean and free of any debris?
Haven’t tried another level 2. There’s another charger near me that I might try later. This is what the condition of the charge port & Ford mobile charger look like.

Not on 2022 & 2023 trucks, that feature came with model year 2024 onward.

On an ER battery, it would take an hour + to get a 1% increase in SOC at 120 volts

With the tip of something plastic or rubber (anything non conductive) stick it into these slots and make sure the pins arent loose. They should be firm and extending out the same length.

Good thinking, I’ll give that a try.

Alright, uninstalled FordPass & restarted my phone. Reinstalled the Ford pass app, and re-added it as a key. Still not showing a charge.
I looked at all the prongs, and tapped them all with a zip tie (only thing that I could find that wasn’t conductive lol). Doesn’t look like there’s any debris in there, nor does anything look/feel loose.
Gonna go try the other charger.
Edit: added pics

At the other charge station. Have never been to this one nor any Switch chargers before (just had to make an account :|). Still not charging :brokenheart:
Pic description in order of upload:
First pic is of the instrument cluster showing it’s charging… except it’s not.
Pic of the Switch app (just downloaded) showing that it hasn’t transferred any power.
Pic of the Charge screen showing that it’s charging, but again it’s actually not charging
Pic of the charger being connected to the charge port, & the charge port indicating that it’s charging… but it’s not charging.
Pic of the charger itself showing that power should be going to the vehicle…

I know the phone app makes it easy, but you don't need it to do anything. You're showing all of the truck screens too, but to eliminate network, phone, app, etc. I would continue to ensure you are doing everything from the truck screen. Just eliminates a few variables. At a minimum make sure the truck GUI is updating or responding to what you do from the app.

Good idea. I stuck around at this charger just to see if it showed any charge from the vehicle & the charger. It did not.
