Interesting. My son has a '22 Mach-e and did not get the email. Looks like a lot of Mach-e folks did get it. And my email looks like theirs. I am listed as a co-owner on my son's Mach-e and sometimes get snail mail from Ford for it but don't recall getting e-mails for it. However, that might be the case here - who knows where their Mkt departments get their data.

Has any other Lightning owner got the email (that doesn't own a Mach-e)?

Gonna be disappointed if that's what's going on. I'll have to do more digging.

UPDATE: I checked my email history and last year I did get emails from Ford on my son's Mach-e. The e-mail announcing the big changes to Sync I got for both my Lightning and his Mach-e. In those emails they specifically said the vehicle it was for. One said Lightning and the other said Mach-e.

@Ford Motor Company - when you send these emails please specify the vehicle since many own both!

So false alarm - nothing to see here, move along.

EDIT: FYI, The Mach-e is listed in his personal Fordpass account. I only have my Lightning in my account. Not sure why Ford doesn't use that info. Looks like they used dealer info at time of sale (maybe for legal reasons).

BlueCruise requires eye tracking hardware which is not present on the Pro, XLT, or Lariats without the CoPilot360 Active Prep package added.

CoPilot360 Assist 2.0 can be had on the XLT with the 312A package and includes Adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering.

The ICE F150 options Bluecruise with Sync 4 (the infrared cameras are in drivers door pillar and bezel of 12” landscape screen). Lightning XLTs (and possibly Pros) could get same treatment for ‘24, considering Ford’s announced strategy of including necessary Bluecruise hardware on all F150s, in pursuit of revenue from subscriptions. A ‘22-‘23 XLT 312A retrofit might be possible but expensive, at minimum replacing the 12” screen assembly and installing the other infrared camera in the driver’s door pillar.

@tommolog posted an interview with the Ford public charging chief who said definitively that the adapter wouldn't be free. The clip you posted sure sounds like Farley thinks we're getting them for free.
