What PIDs are you looking for?
As many as I can to be honest.

I have compiled the multitude of Lightning and Mach-e lists i can find however there are still less than are in Car Scanner and FORSCAN. If I can either of those it would be helpful to create a more complete list and validate the equations.

Man, correcting the speedometer for larger tires was the hardest FORScan entry I have attempted. Most likely due to trying (for the first time) the easy method first. Some of the YT videos show simply getting the overall tire circumference in mm from the online tire calculators but I had no luck.

When altering my "shown" new sizes, I would get DTC for P160. Then relearn PCM...and get a persistent P165 DTC. Reverted the easy step back to original size.

I ended up choosing a very close size I could find for my 35x11.50r18 tires (305/70/18) via the hex method, and no issues. Speedometer to GPS is within 0.50 MPH, close enough.

@bmwhitetx - on the front page, the link "As-built Method" under the " Change Tire Size for Speedometer Calibration" section seems to have been deleted from the forums, FYI.

I used the spreadsheet from this link to get my values - Spreadsheet-Calculator

I don't trust easy mode for anything. I like to make the changes myself.

I see you say it quite often, brother. Again, first time I ever tried the easy...mpphh, nope. All the other mods I've done, haven't had an unexpected result, until now.

I will drink your kool-aid :)

I've just seen too many instances on the forums of people using easy mode and having issues. I love me some FORScan and am a huge advocate for it, but if I can't see with my own eyes what it is changing and where, I'll take the extra few minutes it takes to just do it myself.

Has anyone verified if easy mode increments the bits set amounts, or if the just change the bit to a set value?

I suppose it could be either

No idea. It will just do whatever the FORScan engineers scripted it to do when you click that button. Not sure if it records a changelog of what it does. I've never used it.

The one time I compared, it flipped the bit correctly. But that's just one check.

I agree with @rugedraw - you are at the mercy of the FS guys. They are a bright bunch no doubt, but I'm also in the "show me" camp.

Thanks for the heads up. I have rewritten that mod based on your experience.
