I received the update on the 31st, however it never showed the changes and said to check the vehicle. However the vehicle says to check later… so I dunno.

Now that I’m fully updated, I noticed this on my Sync screen. It appears to say Bluecruise is active until 6/10/2073. I don’t know if that came in on the dot 2 or 3 update, but I expected Ford to try to sell us a subscription after 3 years.

Nice. I'll be 116 years old and the truck will be 50 years old. Come to think of it, I do regularly drive a 70-year-old MG-TD and a 64-year old VW, so not impossible... for the vehicle

Near as I can tell I had 4.1.3 when I took delivery Tuesday(02/07).

There's no need to jailbreak any android product. A quick google search, download, and you're up and running. Theres one screen mirroring app that actually lets you control your phone touchscreen on your OEM unit. My only gripe is that your cell phone screen has to stay on.

But I get it. People like to pay for convenience. Nothing wrong with that. I have an AAWireless box in my Lincoln for that reason.

Look for the AAstore on GitHub. Then you can install Cartube. You need to unlock it for 5 dollars if you want to login to your YouTube account. I did and it works even while in motion.

You can add custom links for Amazon video and others, but they will only work when parked.

Stil on Revision 539. Bought the Mongoose, ran all the updates in FDRS, still no new UI. "Your vehicle is up to date." No it isn't. Any other ideas?

Ford isn't pushing all of the updates to all vehicles. It looks like they're leaving some out of the fancy updates for stability issues. I went from 4.1.1 to 4.2.1, no ui upgrade yet.

I went from 3.5.4 to 4.2.1 last week, still no UI update as I am still on 539 for Sync as well. I am on an early delivery build 6/2022 Platinum...
