I'm a 5/19/21 reservationist that placed a deposit within the first hour of the launch event that never got an invite to order a 2022 model.
Apparently, this is because I reside in a state that is not ZEV (GA) resulting in low allocations for the state and because my dealer probably prioritized their "VIPs" up on the already limited allocation list.
So... my question is... how will the Model-E division impact me if at all for the 2023 models?
1) Will Ford start selling vehicles directly to consumers through the model-E program for the MY 2023 Lightning / MachE?
2) How will the Model-E division handle / deal with states that prohibit the direct sales of manufacturer to consumer (Such as GA but has an exception only for Tesla)?
3) Should I just move my reservation to to a ZEV state that offers direct manufacturer to consumer sales (Eg California / Colorado)
