Lightning Software Updates using FDRS

Seems to be on a case-by-case basis. My truck is on 24127 with no updates showing pending, but other 2021's do have 25094 showing for them in FDRS and getting it via OTA.

I didn’t know we had lightnings in 2021 MY. So what you are saying is the APIM is starting to roll out randomly to those outside the 2024/2025 group?

So the real question is whether the new APIM updates are showing for 22-23 MY’s. I don’t have my PTS sub anymore to check. Hoping that Ford starts staging them soon.

It's not showing up for my 22 model yet. I would expect to get a GWM update before the APIM anyway...

The 2024 ICE trucks and 24-25 Lightings are getting an even newer APIM update that brings it up to Sync 25211. No other trucks have gotten that update released to them yet. The highest any 21-23 truck can go to (for now) is Sync 25094.

If anyone was having issues updating on the previous FDRS version as Mike G was talking about the struggle I had last weekend trying to update. I went and got another license and tried the new 46.5.6 and it is now working again for me. Was able to get the list attached all done and up to date.

Remember, (especially if it's been a while since you've used FDRS) the program is now subscription only. If you do still have a 20 character license code and it hasn't been converted yet to a "subscription login" type, you'll need to contact the helpdesk to get that done before you'll be able to use FDRS.

Its working fine, i have install a older version of fdrs and then the new one.
