No Warm Air From My Heater This Morning, just cold air. Also, no messages or warnings.

Has anyone experienced this issue and had to have it fixed?

Thanks.

Did you verify the Heat option was selected in your HVAC section of the Sync screen? I assume you don't have physical HVAC buttons.

Yes thanks. I tried everything. I haven't tried disconnecting the 12v battery to reset everything.

What year model is it? It makes a difference.

The diverter valve or the PTC heater might have failed.
Hopefully your coolant level is within spec and you don't have an empty bottle.
Thanks. I'll check fluid level when I get home. Thanks for your help. Hopefully it's the level.

I had this issue with my 23’ Lariat. I check all the suggestions above and everything looked good. I took it to the dealer and it turned out to be the aux heater assembly. It took about a week to fix it. All covered under the factory warranty. No problems since.

Second the coolant level check. Driver side - the bottle can be seen through the frunk actuator slot quite easily.

Any chance you had a battery module replaced recently? This can introduce air pockets in the cooling system that will suck your reservoir dry and hit the heater first.

I had the same problem with my 23XLT. The problem was an assembly under dash that was recalled through August 2023. My truck was built September 2023. After negotiations with Ford, they paid 70 percent. I was satisfied.

Interesting they had to evacuate the AC system. I guess the AC evaporator and heater had to be removed as a unit?

I seem to remember the mechanic telling me they had to remove part of the A/C system to get the heater core out.
