Did Ford give up on this one? I havent seen anyone get it in forever, and its the only one I am missing I think.

I was quite disappointed to not have my 500A charging this week on a roadtrip. What gives on only giving this update to part of the fleet?

The team should have plenty of free time with no more lightnings coming…

You should get the update if you are part of the upcoming parking brake recall in Q1

Something is terribly wrong with updates for some trucks. Despite @Ford Motor Company trying to help me I still have not received an OTA update in about 2 years. Now with whatever has caused them to withdraw module updates for some vehicles in FDRS, I suspect my truck may never get an update again, by any method.

Perhaps this recall will force the issue, but I am not optimistic.

Probably the same reason they can’t get the truck to connect to HIS. @Ford Motor Company from delivery in 2022, my dealership hasn’t been able to get OTA’s reliably.

OTA 10.3.0 broke my instrument panel


Woke up to this gem of an OTA update. Instrument panel completely dark. Perfect timing for Christmas driving.

I havent hear of anyone getting g 10.3 outside of EAP and not in the last 6 months. Hope it’s true. I never got it.

You have a picture of the notes? Also what year is your truck?

I had my panel die on my 2021 Mach-E. In the interim, I used a GPS app on my phone with display set to not turn off to see my MPH.

Let it sit overnight. If it's still out, pull 12v negative cable for 15 min.
