Power limited to 56%

Yep, had this happen a couple times. Front motor was off. Both times it was right after taking it off the home charger and heading out. Trying to turn it on / off in the driveway at home didn't fix it, but after leaving it off for 15/20 minutes at destination, it resolved itself and didn't come back. Been a few updates since and I haven't seen the issue return for a few months now. Official Ford folks on this forum said to use the "voice feedback" in the menu when it was happening as it sends a slew of telemetry to them when you do that, but I don't think they found anything (or at least didn't share it). The good news is it just seems to be a strange aberration that doesn't really seem to be anything more than a temporary annoyance (... probably .... knock on wood).

Had this happen randomly three times. What I found works is stop the truck, turn it off. Get out, close the door, lock it. unlock it, get in and like magic it is back. One of the three times I had to do it twice. Need to lock the doors though.

A user on this forum that I strongly suspect works directly for Ford EV, explicitly asked me to do so and said it does send telemetry. To be fair, I was surprised too.

Had this happen when going to lunch today. Made 1 stop on the way back and when I restarted the truck it was 100% then dropped back to 56%

Makes sense that this would happen today when I’m heading out to go camping Saturday.

This exact thing happened to me today. I shut it down for about two minutes, restarted, and it seems fine.

Then your truck is closer to normal with New England winter cold throttling output.

When, I left the house this morning at 8°, output was limited to 84% at 56% SOC.

This happened to me yesterday. After letting truck sit at home for an hour, it drives like normal again. I did have an OTA update about a week ago. Hopefully that's the last time this happens.

This is happening in my '22 right now! Started with a drivetrain malfunction. Then immediately I noticed 57% power Availible. Once home and on charger it won't charge past 62%. I've been driving it since for days and nothing has changed.... Big road trip coming up so not so excited about all this! Odd side note, my one pedal drive seems off. Lags when activated and surges at higher speeds... Booked into dealer Tuesday but thinking it'll be a module!

Sometime the forward motor fails to come online, you can see this in your power distribution page. However, failing to charge usually indicates a faulty module. Im sorry to hear that, I would make an appointment to bring it in.
