Update: Got the call this morning from service advisor (3 days after Truck was done and ready). Picked it up this afternoon. It runs OK with no wrench. It cost Ford a little over $900.
They replaced the Coolant Diverter Valve and did pcm software update. They said, they retrieved code P0604 and made reference to TSB 25-2236 - PCM ABS, SOBDMB, SOBDNC, SOBDM, BECM. I don't understand any of this. All I know is that the wrench is off.
Next time it comes on, it most likely will be out of my pocket.
p.s. my battery health drop 0.5 to 97.5% while in the shop.
Edit: It is May 2026 now and my battery health is back up to 98.5%. When I look at some of scanner numbers, I feel like Ford may have released some of the reserved/protected part of my battery. If they have, it maybe because my SOC is usually between 40-60 and rarely outside 30-70.
