Pro power onboard service required

Hey. Just got this code this morning with my truck. Was wondering if anybody can see more than that in any tools. It’s not working in the rear plugs but cabin seems to be fine.

I had that. Bed outlets stopped working and got the service required error when I tried to turn on PPOB. Dealer fixed it under warranty - they had to replace the bed outlets even though the problem was with the wiring harness, since the harness itself wasn't available as a separate part and apparently the corrosion was too close to a connector to just repair.

I wasn't super thrilled about wiring corrosion issues on a new truck, but it has been fine since. Knock on wood.

I really wish I could look up error codes without a dealer or software restriction. It’s very frustrating.

Get a small obd2 dongle for your smart phone/tablet/pc to read/erase most modules codes using free car scanner app.
